Our email

We send the signatory an email with two key parts


Link to the form

This opens up the document to be filled-in as usual

It also contains a key which links the user, document, and signature together

Backup code

In case the key doesn't work like it should, the signatory can use the backup code to provide their signature

The actual signature

The document will have a link for the signatory to follow. It's all done in their internet browser window

The green button at the upper left of the screen lets the signatory switch between the signing page and the Google Form

Signing is straightforward; just draw in the box and click Confirm signature

The signatory won't be able to complete the Form without signing

Back in the document

The signature is appended to the document immediately. The signatory will see this in the next section
